Calliper repair kits would normally come complete with new pistons Malc. Seal kits wouldn’t.

Brilliant write up! Don’t forget that I’m sure you promised to do mine the last time we met.

Failed to do any painting , but did have a tidy up ready for tomorrow :whistle:

Go through all the little boxes and see what needs painting. Might as well do all the red first then do all black top coat later. After all no point in rushing......mind you if I was going any slower I be going backwards:eek::eek:

Hmmmmmm.....Wonder if @t-tony or @ lee would like a shell and loads of bits to assemble =))=))

Meanwhile at the other end of the conservatory, and one of the reasons the refurb is going so slow......spending far too much time doing backing tracks for a mate, so he can practice on his guitar.
( Bet the neighbours love it .....NOT !!!!!)

Its cold and chucking it down outside today, so sitting in the warm, watching the tele, and painting.:)
Might as well make a start as it will take a few days to get all these bits and pieces done.
I have cleaned off all the threads of the bolts with a small wire brush to make it easier when it coms to reassembly.
Any nuts that are being reused will have a tap run through them as well, to clean any crap out.

Hope you've got a family-size tube of Copperslip ready for the reassembly. It'll make it a lot easier to take to bits again in 20 years time.;)
Yes, I’m sure my son will appreciate it !!!!!!

Got two of them in a B&Q special offer, ( the other one is smaller), but for home use they are really good and the best cordless ones I’ve owned. Had them for about 4 - 5 years and no problems with the drills or the batteries.

(Now I’ve said that, they will probably fall to bits tomorrow :banghead: )

I have a lot of their tools mate, and intend buying more. I had a bargain just after Christmas, I bought an unwanted gift for £20. 1/2" hammer drill charger and 1.3ah battery for a bargain price.

To This.....and so simple......

.........Get someone else to clean them =))=))=))
Dropped them off at 11.00 this morning and picked them up at 3.30 this afternoon.

Just need to get some primer, then red paint on them. It will have to be brushed rather than sprayed though....even I draw the line at using spray paint in the conservatory :)

I suppose I will have to do the new discs as well to match.
Plus all the little bits now sorted.
