Calliper repair kits would normally come complete with new pistons Malc. Seal kits wouldn’t.

Is there no end to your talents?Meanwhile at the other end of the conservatory, and one of the reasons the refurb is going so slow......spending far too much time doing backing tracks for a mate, so he can practice on his guitar.
( Bet the neighbours love it .....NOT !!!!!)

I see you use Ryobi tools too Malc. Its cold and chucking it down outside today, so sitting in the warm, watching the tele, and painting.
Might as well make a start as it will take a few days to get all these bits and pieces done.
I have cleaned off all the threads of the bolts with a small wire brush to make it easier when it coms to reassembly.
Any nuts that are being reused will have a tap run through them as well, to clean any crap out.

Yes, I’m sure my son will appreciate it !!!!!!Hope you've got a family-size tube of Copperslip ready for the reassembly. It'll make it a lot easier to take to bits again in 20 years time.
Got two of them in a B&Q special offer, ( the other one is smaller), but for home use they are really good and the best cordless ones I’ve owned. Had them for about 4 - 5 years and no problems with the drills or the batteries.I see you use Ryobi tools too Malc.

Slacking?!? It’s a rebuild! Give @Mazza a medal!Nice work Malc, you have been slacking a bit.
Tony.
That looks like a really nice job mate. Well done to you.Yes been really slacking, wasting my time sorting these.....
New 4mm versions. Fitted them today and think we are there now.
Put the beam back just to check clearances and all good.
