Great stuff, thanks. I've ordered the last one from Etsy…Bought on Etsy
I did this and they are still working as they should...Easy enough, took ten minutes...Good enough as a stop gap measure..Thanks I've also bought the seatbelt guide fix kit but when I learned that I have to unwrap the seat from the leather I changed my mind Isn't that they way to do it? Perhaps when I buy new leather for the seats I'll do that.
Agree, I chose the Nurnberg so the white text matched [ish] the brushed aluminium console. These Blaupunkts look great in a Zed ..I have the Valencia although can’t really see how it differs from the Nurnburg..except my buttons have red text View attachment 251341

Got it today, and it's a great fix. I thought about buying new guides, but like you said, it likely they would break eventually...I've ordered the last one from Etsy
i have the same and they have some minor blemishes on the clearcoat. My split rims need refurbishing so I've bought a set of style 68 staggered rims to replace them. Look like new with four nearly new tyres.
Now to decide what to do with the split rims. I think I will try to split them myself and get them refurbished. Then decide what to do with them. I love them but they are a pig to clean.View attachment 251375View attachment 251377
If you're going to split them yourself (as I did my 108s) mount them back on the car, 1 at a time, and use something like this to loosen the screws. My split rims need refurbishing so I've bought a set of style 68 staggered rims to replace them. Look like new with four nearly new tyres.

The local guy says that you have to use a gas torch and heat the rim so the loctite loosens and then you can easily remove them. One screw at a time.If you're going to split them yourself (as I did my 108s) mount them back on the car, 1 at a time, and use something like this to loosen the screws.

I did a few each lunchtime in the car park at work. Loosened then nipped them back up. Tap the socket into each bolt, the ratchet is 15" long. You may snap some, or round them out. I only broke 1.
Tony.
Love the style 32’s. That’s only two, or possibly three of your wife’s vacuum cleaner’s worth there.i have the same and they have some minor blemishes on the clearcoat.
asked about refurbishing and got an absurd quote. Bbs stopped producing the “bolts” and 1-they will have to use the same 2-order replacements from a guy in Germany. Then dismantle, blast, powder coat, polish the rim, clearcoat and assemble from what he said will require two full days that will rip € 600 out of my wallet. Pretty tempted to keep them in the garage and get these babies:

True, the bolts come off without any heat. I would recommend to use quality tools, otherwise the same could happen to you and ruin a bolt:

Hazet did the trick in the end.
What's the german shop for the bolts @Zephyr ?
