Sean d progress thread

Montreal blue is fantastic in the sunlight, I think it looks purple, but that said I'm a little bit colour blind.

Can any please confirm if these are the correct item for angel eyes thanks

Them angel eyes look like the correct ones to fit the standard headlights. Depending which type they are the will either go infront of, or behind the inner lenses (most probably behind as most newer versions do). They need to be held in place with doubled sided tape and the wires routed through somewhere so they can either be wired to your sidelights of directly to an ignition feed. You will see clips on your headlights which do hold them together, but they should still be sealed so they need to be split in the oven.

Actually any Blue is good, but then I am biased:whistle:

I think we are there with the body colour, just need to decide what wheel colour, nice bright silver or maybe a darker grey

...what wheel colour, nice bright silver...
Yep, just had mine re-furbed and powder coated, did think of black but went with silver in the end:

Some great help, thanks guys, what about Monte Carlo or Estoril Blue 2View attachment 24489
Estoril used to be an M only colour now it's like the new white, every second 1/2/3 series is in that colour making bit less special.
Around here there is even Range Rover Vogue in that shade (The older shape from when BMW owned them I think)

Every other car is metallic blue, some just stand out a lot more then others, now here's something different,

Wow! Love it! Is that your choice Sean? Similar to the ford st colour.

Bet if you go online you'd be able to find a website where you could marry up a car to a colour?

Mate this colour thing is driving me mad, I am even dreaming about it, I will probably go back to my original plan, of Sparkling Graphite

I don't like the wheels if I'm honest. I like Estorial but it's becoming so popular on the current model range.
