Sadly, the SA Postal service no longer operates at the same level it once did. I guess the new regime considers personal and party enrichment more important than serving the people of the country. I am sure all will come together though. Oddly, I have had instances where Royal mail denied any record of a package, but delivered it to the recipient the following day in the UK... who knows the mysterious paths of the postman anymore...
