For Sale "M" STYLE GEARSHIFT SURROUND.

I have got mine fitted without drilling any holes ie: with my boot fitted over the plastic base (no foam section) and clipped back into position, the using M2 12mm countersunk screws (as I countersunk screw holes) screwed the screws in easing the plastic base inwards so that the screws bite. Could not get one in at the hand brake end as my boot has a seam there and I just could not get it to go in. Then just fitted the top. Job done.
I will send a pic. tomorrow of it on the walnut trim as the light in in my garage is not up to giving enough light at this time in the afternoon.

The new fitting system that you came up with was a piece of cake Barry, very good indeed, I found it very simple to assemble the whole thing off the car and then fit it.

At last a pic. of the surround but not a very good one, had to take it from drivers seat as top on and roll bar and wind shield on. It is central and not overlapping window switches. Barry I will try and get a better pic. if you still want it.

They're "almost" out of stock. I have 1 left. I guess I should make up some more, but since they sell at a rate of around 10 a year, it's a lot of work and outlay for an almost negative return.
