You too Mr Crispin, but please stop shouting, as I have only just woken up....HAVE A GOOD CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR
No big deal Geoff, I was only taking the Michael, have a great boxing day and a happy new year....My son has now told me what capital letters mean when typed,
@Geoff Crispin if you put your mobile phone in the boot and put the camera on to video record mode you can see if the light goes out when you close the boot.My nephew is coming down from Surrey early Monday morning to work on the remote/fob problem and see if there is a broken wire in boot.
Will also try to remove gearstick knob (in another post) and gaiter
I will let you all know how we get on.
I am still getting a flat battery, went to show my friend who has the Z that will not do more than 40MPH (another post) after not using it for 3/4 days and battery not completely flat but very low, must find a way of checking boot light to day
Forget about it and just use the key, I did and was happy to lock and unlock the car in the 'old fashioned way' and loose that bloody great big brick of a remote and, as a bonus, my neighbours were happy as well, no more loud 'Bleep, Bleep, Bleep' in the early morning when I unlocked the car to go to work.So any suggestions would be very helpful.
