How about the roll hoops?
Both you and @Grumpy have mentioned roll hoops and I guess you are right, they will be replacing the chrome hoops I have in mine but they are not just standard hoops
they are not just any chrome hoops, and they are not Marks and Spencer ones........ 
Schintzer hoops?
Can just make out the pads me thinks.

New updates - Z3 silhouette decals on the ///M gills changed from blue to burgundy to match the roof and also the chrome slats have been plastidipped. Don't know how long this will last, might just do them properly in paint now as I prefer them black.
I've replaced the boot lid for one with slightly less rust around the lock/pull and it's in a bit better condition, not that the old one was bad at all and carried the de-chromed theme on by paint the badges and pull in satin black. I've also added a carbon fibre effect lip spoiler just for a change from the old one I had.

Nice hoops I thought you were in the process of "de chroming" your car...Although the hoops are technically stainless steel do you have any shiney bits for sale other than your old hoops?
