I did notice some data that seemed to suggest that Wales Exports more to the EU than it Imports. Maybe we need a welsh Government in England.

Most interesting debate, though I fear most in the UK will vote based on what they see on the News and what channel that is and what they read in the papers and what Party that paper is aligned to. And that's where the problem is IMHO in that we're not getting info from a purely impartial source. Whatever the outcome it's our children/grandchildren that will reap the benefits/inherit the issues. That aside and as it stands, the Treble is still on! In Arsene we trust .......... hang on, he's French ;)

Just Thought, What percentage of our imports from Germany are Zed 3 Spares. Perhaps @Lee and @GazHyde are doing a lot more work than they're letting On.

The NHS is also a magnet, when people have to start paying for it then that might make a little bit of difference?
I am insured over here, pay it myself monthly, but you can choose how much you pay, go over that and you get a bill.
Last year I paid €400 for the dentist and this morning one dropped on my doormat for €375 for four visits to an eye specialist.
Don't mind paying it as the service is excellent.

You can have them, man are they a bunch of aholes. How come someone who has a little common sense and wants to see the country do better without some other vested interest doesn't get elected?i like it when you quote data it feels like you are going baseing your thoughts on something more than roumor,I still maintain that our exports to Europe as a whole not just Germany is a significant amount about EU 45% USA 17%. " They import very little from us, we export more to America"

Indeed. Start pinging all the bods that rock up to see that quack with a minor "ailment" just for the free prescription (less those that genuinely can't afford it) and all those that present to A&E with their cracked eyelashes! The system is overrun by those that can pay but chose not to! Our local Dr Surgery is just a meeting place for people who want to have a natter and steal the Dr/Nurses time, in the main.

Crazy H/T. Drain on society. When I fell Ill last summer Jue rang for an ambulance as I'd colasped in the front room. Now Jue does not flap easily believe me so I must have been bad, don't remember much at that point to be honest. Anyways the point I'm trying to make is 999 refused to send an ambulance out as they said I wasn't ill enough! After she'd rang the GP, a paramedic was coming within 1 minute flat, as soon as he arrived he shouted an ambulance! This was down to cut backs due to the fact this country is skint, the EU have put us in this god forsaken position allowing all and bloody sundry through our borders, draining our NHS to the point of bankruptcy, I very nearly died of liver failure thanks to these morons. If anyone has been at that point in their life they may just understand why I want OUT!!!!!!:mad::mad:

Yep 'cause it's "free".

One or two points I would like to make Hugh. If we do leave the EU, do you really think that countries like Germany and France will put up trade barriers, no not at all, it is in their interests more than ours to maintain the present status quo. For Example Companies like Volkswagen Mercedes BMW and Citroen, will be closing factories and laying off thousands if they can't sell their cars in the UK, Jaguar in the UK may well take a hit but they will just tailor their exports to the other countries of the world. Land Rover will not be affected at all. As for finding Foreign workers, before we joined the EU we had Polish and Eastern European workers on our farms. The only difference will be that we will be able to refuse entry to the undesirable elements of those countries that have the right to enter our country without question at the moment.

Agreed mate but also a drain on society from the multitude of punters that dial 999 for nonsense reasons when sometimes a cup of "man up you tart" is all that is needed. This is why you and people like you in your hour of need can't get an ambulance when they need it most. Makes my p*** boil

Come on buddy do you really believe it's illegal immigrants that are responsible for the state of our NHS.You are falling for someone's propaganda,it's the government that want to privatise the NHS we will all be paying insurance and it won't be anything to do with immigrants

Get one over here no problem, cost you €300 though.......
Yeah, but the NHS (the UK's largest company) is free at point of need. And that's the issue, "gender reasignment" bigger boobs, face lifts for vanity etc etc are now deemed to be almost normal on the NHS which is a drain.

:offtopic: by the way, sorry.

The NHS is the most top heavy and midheavy organisation going. Get rid of this lot and it would go some way to fixing it.
