Straps arrived this lunchtime, a great kit, all fitted and ready to go. The instructions are a great help, it is neccessary to cut the old ones to get them out but then the replacements fit well, Thanks very much for all your hard work in sorting this.

I put a sheet of stainless steel between the strap and tank and cut the old straps with a Dremel.

If.....( and please don’t ) ......,somebody does damage their tank while fitting new straps...........I do have one that I got for the development of this project....

but don’t expect me to fit it though =))

Hope you haven't already cut your old ones off, I've just been testing your new set to see how well a hacksaw goes through them as per your instructions and turns out it works well :whistle:
