Wowza Mike, you didn't hang about. Top jobStraps arrived this lunchtime, a great kit, all fitted and ready to go. The instructions are a great help, it is neccessary to cut the old ones to get them out but then the replacements fit well, Thanks very much for all your hard work in sorting this.

I put a sheet of stainless steel between the strap and tank and cut the old straps with a Dremel.Please everyone, cut the old strap off with a hacksaw
otherwise one slip trapped underneath the car, with a grinder, plastic tank, leaking petrol and sparks are a serious death inducing combination.
