Love that colour Dave, the steel wheels too.

Tony.

Thanks Tony.

I am pleased with the result. It took longer than it should due to variuos reasons.
Looking forward to joining in some get togethers in the spring though

View attachment 93858 Hi Dave, excellent thread and nice looking car!
Just coming to the end of my Kobra build, and hope to get it finished for Christmas!
Hi. It may be worth you starting your own welcome thread with some pics of your car so not to swallow this one up. It looks very nice and I'm sure peeps are going to be asking about it.

Today I went to the National Kitcar Show at Stoneleigh. There were lots of cars there covering 7s, buggies, Cobras, Fezzas etc.

In a small group there were these “be naughty with a Z3” kits. They are a few body types so thought the pics might be of interest.

Hi Dave. Good to meet you today. I was the blue one parked to the right of yours as you look from the front. Amazing to see the different variations possible! Hope you didn't lose anything on way home?

Me too,did not twig even though I've read your thread, sorry mate. Good that all in one piece when got home. Lol. No sale today however, have to say I was pleased in a way as driving home was good fun. Will now enjoy the summer in it.

So 2nd year passing MOT for the Kobra. Bloody cheap landrover series 2 lights let me down on way to test but after fixing them passed with no advisories. Will be sourcing new light fittings me thinks. Another year of motoring and tweaking ensues.
Dave

Good to hear Dave.

Tony.
