Thanks Jim,no we didn't do either of them I'm afraid but i look forward to driving them next time hopefully with you as a tour guide
It's a shame you didn't have a venture out to the Ponderosa when you were at a loose end,we were there till gone 12.30
Have spent a great deal of time in North Wales over the years and driven these and many other roads lots of times - But, never in a Zed! Its got to be done ;-)
The short stretch on the A525 from the north of the Horseshoe Pass up to Ruthin is good - especially the short stretch down through the forest.

It's been a great day for weather today,kept wishing i was out in the zed
Was out with the Trinity's on Sat. with the top down for a drive about in 3*c temps and it was great! Sunshine all day with a smiling eleven year old. Don't know if the waves were for braving the cold or laughing at this old man to stupid to put the top up!! Doesn't really matter we're out again if the weather holds. JIM
