Total cost for all parts and Labour inc. VAT £166.53. Which I thought was pretty fair.:)

As long as it put a smile on a ugly northern mush then all is well. =)) If it was me doing the job I would have let you have it for free but would’ve installed electric flatulent (woopy)cushion into the drivers seat.

On both cars.

Once upon a cold January afternoon I decided I ought to replace the tired puddle lights on my Z4. I fitted these about 4 years ago (I think) and noticed the logo was worse for wear.
Anyway our Gary got me a pair of new ones for Christmas so here goes.
Old one, seen better days.

New one in place but logo misaligned. (oops).

There, that's better.

One down one to go. Despite having the heater on the floor was too cold even using a piece of carpet, so having returned from the Doctors for more Co-Codamol for my sciatica I parked nose in and I'll do the N/S one tomorrow.

Tony.

That's a lot better. :scorecard: Now what's next???????
Got set carpets for Xmas off my daughter haven't put them in yet, they have coupe embroidered on them. I'll get some pics and put em up later when I've been round the lockup to run the engine up.

Roy.

Recently bought some Ronal turbine wheels and am busy refurbishing them ready for next spring, personally I prefer them to your 108s. Great right up were the spacers effective?

Thank you, I’m glad you like my thread.
I found an instant improvement in grip when I fitted these spacers on my Z3 and I was happy to find the same when they went onto the Z4 too. Not to mention the aesthetic improvement, the car looks much nicer with the wheels filling the arches.

Nothing else planned Roy at the moment, I have something needing doing which requires an end to this Covid crap, some warm weather and a man knowledgeable in leather repair and treatment, eh Paul?
In the meantime I really should spoil some water on the car as it is pretty grotty, getting milder next week so bath time is approaching.

I know the feeling re: washing! Fingers crossed it is a wee warmer next week.
The puddle light looks great Tiny. A very nice present from Gary.

Tues for me Tony, just seen it's gonna be 7deg here. Not looking forward to the cold water from the hose though.
"Hey Boss!! You got any spare marigolds," yeh yellow ones under the sink, got stains on em though"
me "Errrr no thanks I used them the last time there was a rush on toilet paper back last March".
Honestly Tony you'd think they'd buy new one more often wouldn't you.!!

Tomorrow arrived and this happened in between watching Gary coaching Izzy on her new bike.

This was last week after a 3 day clean and shine. Benny got neglected a bit this last year if I'm honest Stuart.
