It's usually taped back on itself and you have to have little fingers to have a good feel around for it and dexterity to undo the loom tape. Take out the switch panel to do it, PITA to clip the panel back in place though.

I'm in exactly same position, fitted the kit today - what a balls ache! But I'm missing those screws and even though my car has a powered soft top the wiring for the HRW switch isn't were it's meant to be - do I have to take the rear trim panel out to find it?

Looks good Steve, as you say the two tone actually works well. Not got around to trying mine on yet, will have to compare on Sunday if you're going t-tony's
It won't be on at Tonys meet as I do prefer the roof down. Just wanted to try it out.
Still need to adjust the glass to make it water tight

I think your right mate but as for the paint it'll keep for another year.
I'm chuffed to bits with it for the price I paid.
If ever I sell it it'll make money. Result

Cheers, that's what I thought - thin fingers is not something I've got lol! I guessed that putting the switch panel back on was going to be a PITA - which idiot designed a two piece panel with no access to the back?

The two tone works well, strangely I put an Oxford Green on top of my Boston Green and people love the contrast. So each their own comes into play! JIM

I'll say it again, these cars look better with the HT in place!! Kills top down for most people but mine goes on and off dependant upon the weather here on any particular day! JIM

Looks just great mate and another bargain.

Today I had a couple more compliments about the two tone look so I might as well save my self the expense of a badly painted hard top. Plus not being painted it would be worth more to sell.

Totally agree. I just need to check height setting instructions to see if my top is o.k as the centre section ahead of the boot lid may be a little tight, clears the paint though no problem

Can't say I've checked mine mate.
I do need to adjust the windows to tighten against the rubber
