Found Hard Top Screws

Sorry no HT parts at the moment, anyone who knows what they (HT fitting kit) are/is and what they are worth is liklely to split them, but from BMW or a hardware store would seem a wise move.

Thanks for the link @Low Rider as it seems no one has ordered any I will put an order in with ECS. Thanks Tony and Mike. My concern is I'd like them to stay in place as I'm famous for losing parts like this and this way I can keep them right at hand. And with our climate my HT isn't just put on and leave it till spring as things change quickly in fall and spring! JIM

Interesting colour for a hardtop was there a corresponding zed in same colour
Looks to be in great shape Steve! I personally love the look of the z3 with a lid on it. Had I brought my TOO!! car over I was going to permanently mould the top to the body I like the look so much! And in our climate the HT gets a workout! JIM
i dont think the screws with o rings actually stop water, if they did - er well i dont have a hard top and as such there are no screws in mine, surly this would allow water in

I spoke with my local BMW parts department today and the guy said if the parts are there for the soft top then they'll be there for the hard top so i told him your wasting my time mate.

I'm in exactly same position, fitted the kit today - what a balls ache! But I'm missing those screws and even though my car has a powered soft top the wiring for the HRW switch isn't were it's meant to be - do I have to take the rear trim panel out to find it?

If the switch isn't there I'm guessing it wouldn't be behind the trim panel.
I've purchased my screws from Soper's £14 the pair
Looks good Steve, as you say the two tone actually works well. Not got around to trying mine on yet, will have to compare on Sunday if you're going t-tony's
