Guess the car!

No, not been removed, you are thinking of the rear diffuser from 2011 that was banned for the 2012 season.
Red Bull have been blocking or unblocking the holes for different races but have improved the system big time for Valencia.
 
I thought the fia changed a ruling after Monaco as some were saying that's why webber won due to them having the holes in the floor which were subsequently banned?

I thought I'd never see another one again - well guess what I saw a coupe version yesterday at the Moffat Car Show (see below)

Correct, it's a Z3 2​0​0​2​ ​B​M​W​ ​Z​3​ ​D​u​e​s​e​n​ ​B​a​y​e​r​n​ ​M​y​s​t​a​r​ 3.0i (whatever the hell that is!). It looks more familiar on the inside!



Needs a Titan kitty blanket to protect the screen!

No idea on that one. E36 M3 mirrors, the dash on the passenger side looks a bit Z3 ish with the curve on it but apart from that not a clue :)
 
The rear light cluster reminds me a bit of a rover 3500 (think that's the right number going from memory 26+ years ago!) My grandfather used to have one which thinking back now was a nice motor back then but then I was less than 10 :)
 
Vauxhall Victor? The ones that look like a Cadillac?
