Anyone know of a mobile welder who could come around while I’ve got my zeds guts out:bookworm:

Had a closer look at my welds today and i recon its a priority with the poly bushes going in . . .hence the need for a mobile welder!

Do you think the fuel lines could be cleaned and painted? Got quoted loads from Bmw new lines so I’m going to leave them if I can . . . Approx £260 for 3 pipes?!

So, got those bushes in using a strap, bit of a mission but got there in the end. Aluminium painted the back of the diff and played with the arbs.

Its all looking so good i want to drive my Zed upside down=))

Oh wait . . . 1 step forward 2 back...the brake caliper red paint did not like the clear lacquer, started going soft ....:eek:o_O:(

A couple better pics of issue areas from below

I also have another issue ill have to get around to. When i took off my exhaust from gathering exhaust manifold i had to cut the nuts and in the process have messed up 2x of the bolts. Are these fixed, parts list shows them to be separate but a lump hammer suggests otherwise? I’m planning on doing the manifold upgrade and wonder if these are fixed and I’ve . . . Then is there an upgrade? Great to hear some feedback on this.
