I reckon the day belongs to one man and one man only - Valtteri Bottas, the Finnish rookie who will start third on the grid behind reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton in tomorrow's Canadian Grand Prix.

Can the 23-year-old score Williams' first points of the season and maybe even make the podium?

Mark Webber: F1's 'proper bloke' will be sorely missed.......

Mark Webber's decision to leave Formula 1 at the end of the season puts an already endangered species on the critical list. He is a top grand prix driver who is prepared to say what he thinks.
As Lewis Hamilton puts it: "What I like about Mark is he says a lot of things that are true and he's very blunt and he says it regardless."

Guess he didn't have much choice with Vettel as a team mate, and too many big names to chose from for the other teams...

F1 "TOP GUN" with Lewis Hamilton and David Coulthard - The British Grand Prix is definitely here!

Hi Hard Top - are you ready for the British Grand Prix?
Before the cars take to the track later today, I just wanted to get in touch to wish you a happy British GP weekend. Mark Webber's stolen the headlines already with his announcement. Sad to see him go.

But on the upside, the BBC have a great "TOP GUN" feature coming up featuring Lewis Hamilton and David Coulthard - looks like it will be awesome!

If you're playing Fantasy Grand Prix - don't forget to get your predictions in before qualifying starts on Saturday.

The weather looks good, Silverstone is buzzing and I hope you're as excited as I and the rest of the Badger GP are for the highlight of the year for British motorsport.
