I was going to paint the strut brace ends in gold as well but think I'll do them metallic black, the main bar is carbon, I'm still undecided
This is going to be like the Forth Road Bridge FFS, get on with it man, we all want to see it =))

Mate, I have been chomping at the bit but I am now comfortable that its going to take as long as it takes :D, my first long trip out will more then likely be your run next year if your having one quite early.

And rightly so buddy, measure twice, cut once so to speak. Either May or September mate. Depends on my schedule.

IMO, Black, sometimes less is more.

No overtime today so cracked on, engine now built and clean at the front, tried a few bits in place and then painted the O/S inner wing
Also painted the brace ends in graphite, I really need to get a decent phone as the camera on mine is bloody pants

Thanks pal, I should get the underside of the bonnet painted tomorrow and then its just a case of building it all up so its running again, then I can get on the bit I am l looking forward to the most and can show a bit of flare, these will play a big part of it and of course will be recoloured
