That would be a sensible idea. I was thinking of doing it, but if someone wants to volunteer that's even better! I'll PM you in a bit...

Please let us know about the facilities, I will bring my buckets and detailer

Also, I think we missed a trick here, we could have had a bigger discount for the amount of us staying in the hotel

Duncan has offered to call the hotel, and I've PM'd him a list of things to ask. Hopefully they can provide us with some special treatment as a group. Will have to see what he comes back with!

I like the expectations guys but somehow I think individual tents for the cars on the lawn are a bit on the higher side of what I am likely to be able to deliver. :-^ "in the wind" )

Hey why not just ask him upstairs to provide 72 hours of unbroken sunshine then we get the sun showing of our stars every time we look out the bedroom windows overnight. )

We're booked in for Saturday night at the moment.

Friday depends on Mrs ZC and work but as she is now on her countdown to retirement she might be persuaded to take a day off.

If you read MRZ's first post in this thread and follow the links you will be OK.
Make sure you enter the discount code then scroll down the ticket page and select car club to get the 2-for-1 and V Pass.
eg Saturday only works out at £59.95

Thanks for your help I've now booked my tickets for friday and saturday and also booked into Horwood for friday night so could someone plonk my name down please \/ :-bd
