Thanks guys & gal's! I am aware that a couple of others with Zeds are coming to the hotel and I would like to avoid any us and them so please anyone that knows someone please get them to PM me on here with the names they booked under and their Zroadster.org forum name please. I believe that there are at least 2 or 3 that fall into that category who I do not have names for.

A couple of people have identified that they believe they have got a better rate elsewhere but it turns out that due to an admin error they were not being offered the discounted rate, as far as I can tell. The problem was sorted. Matilda in Reservations has said if anyone gets a problem getting the discounted rate to give her a call direct on 01296722316 she does not work over the weekends nor Evenings, but as members of the Zroadster.org booked direct you will get the discounted rate etc. I suggest that you carry through your booking at the higher rate then talk to Matilda.

For the Cruise from the Hotel to the Event please take a look at the Horewood to Gate 49 Dadford Rd Silverstone Thread.http://zroadster.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1801 Please remember that you are welcome to join us either at the Hotel before we leave which is planned for 7:45 am on the Saturday or somewhere on the route as long as we know about it like Snoops and Wildeboy have made us aware to name two who hope to do so.

I have been asked to clarify the situation reference breakfast. The offer from the hotel was that the discount rate included breakfast and obviously those who booked the room with breakfast on an non transferable room booking were OK. However those that had booked and the room rate did not include breakfast the Hotel would still provide breakfast for us. So if you booked an advance ticket that did not include breakfast you would now be supplied breakfast at the hotels cost. If this is not clear let me know and I will revisit the text.

Current list of forum names that I have for people that are staying all currently confirmed with the hotel. It is compiled from my master list which I exchange with the hotel on a regular basis, I may make transcription errors. I believe that it is correct though ~x( .
