Event VanityBMW 2018 pre-event camp and BBQ 21-22 July 2018

We will be as close to the toilets as we can get, us old farts cant afford to have too far to walk.:D:D
Anyway if the spaces get filled in around us we will de-camp and move to wherever you are
Last years spot was ok. Fairly flat and close to toilets. Last year I was first to arrive so picked the spot and if strangers arrived I would explain that I was the first of a large group and we were having a bbq which theyd be welcome to join....but if the wanted an silence and an early night they might choose somewhere else=))

Thats the line I'll take then

Hi all,

My partner and I live in Barton on sea, and are going to vanity for the first time. Can we tag along to the BBQ?

Absolutely! Just bring whatever food and drink you would like. The bbq is a free for all so just cook it where you find space and enjoy the company. If you have a folding chair bring that along and that’s it. You should find us easily enough on site as we go a few hundred yards from the entrance (so the cars don’t wake the whole campsite when we leave early=)))

Fantastic, we are looking forward to meeting you all!

This may have already been mentioned, but what time is the BBQ kicking off?
My partner and I may have to work, but we don't want to miss all the fun!

It's going to be very fluid as people arrive at all times of the afternoon and evening. Last year the BBQ was lit about half four and was in use until it got dark. People just chipped away at the food all evening. To sum up it basically starts when you arrive, whenever you chose that to be:thumbsup:

Now the good weather is confirmed, there's still time to arrange to join us on our pre-event event.

Booking your camping can be done online at:
https://www.campingintheforest.co.u...MI77Tu65iP3AIV1pTVCh1SkAyhEAAYASAAEgKWrvD_BwE
Or over the phone on 02476423008

Anyone not camping but staying locally is still welcome to come along for the BBQ. Just bring your food, your chair and yourselves.

You'll find us at Roundhills Campsite, Beaulieu Road, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL. We're easy to find on site...we're the ones with all the Zeds round our tents=))

Thanks for organising Mac

See you guys tomorrow, safe journey everyone.
