Unfortunately it looks like there is going to be a family event for us on this Saturday so at present we might not be able to camp this year,it's not 100% but thought I would give you the heads up asap

I've seen your post on the main thread about the impeccable company you'll be bringing along. Looking forward to seeing you again pal. Regardless of camping, you and yours would still be very welcome to come for the BBQ if it fits round your plans.

I’ll be arriving mid morning on Saturday so I’ll look for you. That does of course mean you’ve got the responsibility of selecting a suitable pitch for the whole group, no pressure!
We're all meeting beforehand to convoy in together. I put this on the main thread but as it's a popular one it's been swallowed up into the posts so here it is for you pal. I'll post it again on the main thread a day or two before the event:
Ok folks, as with previous years I've spoken to Staff at The Bold Forester (It was the very helpful Tamzin this year) and got us permission to use their car park as a meeting point ready to move on to Beaulieu together.
As a club we can access Beaulieu from 0900hrs but I getting in was a slow process in previous years so if we aim for before 0900hrs we will give ourselves time to organise (admission to the general public is 1000hrs).
I propose we meet at The Bold Forester car park at about 0815hrs to leave for 0845hrs allowing us to arrive a shade early.
