Thought it was time i did a Progress Thread

Since we have been in the lock down i have been able to spend quite a bit of time making sure the Z is back up to standard.
Over the last week i have given it a full Foam, Wash and wax, Cleaned the Interior and Engine bay and also managed to clean the exhaust tips. A few photos of the finished item.

Now that rain is forecast for the next few days and i can not take her out she has gone back under the covers untill the next time we have some dry days

Looks super Bill and I guess you've been over here to Ripley for that exhaust system ! I was thinking of contacting them to see if they would make a back box for my 2.2, but I think they just do the lot from cat back.

They did a group buy on the Z4 forum so i went with the guy who arranged it and got the exhaust for around £150 cheaper. Yes it is cat back

Not touched mine for five weeks now, but finished the last bedroom yesterday just the outhouse to do and the dreaded loft. Maybe after that get to my lockup and get her clean. I hate decorating..

3 weeks @t-tony Had a cough and tight chest so asked them to furlough me for the 3 weeks to be on the safe side

New products arrived this morning so will be uncovering the Z again tomorrow to give it a refresh.

Well today decided to try out some of the new products i bought.
Cover off and used the Menzerna Endless Shine detailing spray
then full wax with Pete's 53 Black Peal Wax
Then polish it all off using Super plush Microfibre buffing cloth
Got to admit pretty pleased with the end result.
