And rightly so mate, a lot of money. Looks great.
Can not fault them mate. A couple of other slight imperfections which they sorted while i was there as they needed a tad more polishing.
Find out how good they are when i try and re book it in. But they have done everything i have picked out so far

Look at the shine in that! Looks great mate. I agree to the de-badging. I left mine off when mine was painted.

Debadged and dechromed is the way to go; I believe that other opinions may be available.

Hi @billz, what kind of money do you think I would need to pay for a front end respray (valance, bonnet, wings) and polish the rest ? @Sean d you're the expert here, what would you say ? Advice would be much appreciated from you guys.

Liked your Z4 Bill when I first saw it, like it even more now. Mine was debadged when I first got it but some youngsters asked me what model it was so I put a Z4 coupe badge back on the boot along with Zshed sticker from southern shed.

I purchased new OOEM front bumper from Ebay (£180) for the coupe and got it sprayed and fitted for £250.
Just to give you an idea of what you can get done for reasonable money if you ask around. This was from a classic restoration company, small but very busy premises. Results match the rest of car so am well pleased.

Looking good @Rha, actually it was looking at Z4 coupes at Zedfest last year that set me off changing my zed. Then in September there was a blue one like yours for sale near me in Derby. So I decided to look at that and sell my Z3, but then we both said, hang on it's the top down summer car ! Couldn't justify three cars and haven't the space so that put paid to that. Nevertheless,I really like the Z4 coupe.Whereas I am a well known critic of the Z3 van!! Thanks for the info on the bumper.:)

Hope you get one eventually Victor even with the tin top on our hottest day so far this year I put the windows down and was surprised just how much air it actually grabs in. Only needed the A/C when I had parked up for a while and it got to 40+ inside when I went to drive off, soon switched it off again when I got going. Even the Z roadsters suffer a bit when there're left in the sun, black seats are a nightmare for our partners with their thin summer attire so am glad mine are light coloured. Having said all that the roadsters can't be beat for summer motoring, but the performance from the coupe almost makes up for it. Cake and eat it springs to mind. Yeh I know they do a roadster 3.0Si, @billz springs to mind.:meh:

Decided to change the stereo as i was fed up of having wires for the IPod and aux cable on show. I have gone with a gloss black Pioneer SPH-10BT to match the Black Dash.
This links up to my phone through the Pioneer App and also has a built in phone holder.
Now i just ask Alexa to play what ever song i want off Amazon music no need to go searching through the Ipod or paying to add songs on to it.
I can even use my phone as Navigation and all sound comes through the speakers. So the unit theoretically is just an extension of my Phone but pushes everything through the speakers.
Time will tell how useful it becomes.
