Yes i like wheels =))
I quite like the look of these and think they will be a good contrast with the black colour of the Zed

Those wheels will look very smart, will they be staggered?

I have emailed a couple of companies to see if I can get them in a staggered option

I am now going to have a well earned Couple of Desperado's
Lovely work on your car. I've always wondered how best to clean the engine compartment. Can you please give brief details if what you did. Also what's best on the outside for getting rid of small washing scratches on paint work. Thanks

I use AG Vinyl Care on the Engine. Just spray it all over trying to miss any open Electrics then wipe off and then buff.
To remove the scratches and or swirls you will need to use either a rotary or DA Polisher with a good cutting compound and final finishing polish. You will also need the right pads for the polisher. 1 for cutting and one for polishing

That's great thanks for the info. I have the polisher thanks to exciting presents I put on my Christmas list from the kids. They have there uses, finally. Far more use than a pair of socks or a shirt.

A week down the line and still looking at what wheels to get. I have decided to stay away from 19s but still want a staggered set up. I would like something in a slight different style as to what i already have as i am planning on getting these refurbished possibly in Shadow Chrome, that way i can have a Winter and Summer set of wheels.
2 New sets have caught my eye.
Dotz Mugello

These are 18 x 8 and 18 x 9 et 35.
The other set are BK Racing

Again 18 x 8 and 18 x 9 et 35 to 40 so should allow me a different dish size on the rear.
Come on guys help me out with some options as you may spot something from a site i have missed.

These are the wheels i have ordered. BK Racing BK861
Front 8x18 ET 35 Tyres 225/40. Rear 9x18 ET 40 Tyres 255/35 all shod in Continental Sport 5 Rubber

Will be a couple of weeks before getting fitted to the Zed as i have to give them a really good seal. For this i will use the Poorboys Wheel Sealer.
Will Post Photos when i take delivery and then once they are on the Zed

Been a bit of a disaster weekend.
Could not get the seats done due to the bloody weather then found the wheels i had bought were out of stock.
So seats re-booked for the 2nd time for the 14th May.
Found another set of wheels and will get them Thursday. Going for something completely different to what i normally have.
A bit of photo shopping

I used this Bill. It was very kindly donated by a member. Seems to be good stuff. I gave the turbines 3 coats before I put those back on in September and they have survived winter very well. The 108s got the same treatment.

Tony.
