Looks very nice, Loving what you have done for the Paintwork and so easy to keep it looking good now it's been painted
and machine polished.
Did you have a sealant applied or wax?

Had to take the Z4 to my Indie as had a Bank 1 Sensor 2 fault appear. Gave me a chance to test the Exhaust and i am pleased with it. Just slightly above standard sound and slightly more louder on acceleration. It now sounds a lot better instead of it sounding like a saloon car.
Car has to go back in on Friday to have the Sensor replaced and they are going to see if they can program the Mirrors to Auto Fold on Lock and Open.

Well after running the Zed for a couple of days and bedding in the Exhaust i can certainly say that it has got a little throatier. Not to the point that it is OTT but it does sound a lot better than the standard Z4 Exhaust

Today i have started to re rub my drivers seat down to redye but unfortunately rain stopped me carrying on , I am having to redo this due to me giving it too thicker coat. It is harder rubbing down this time due to having to take off the newer dye.

These last 2 weeks have been spent on Machine Polishing the Zed. I have not had time to do the doors, sills and bumpers. I have also been redoing the Drivers seat.
Car is starting to look a lot better, still some light scratches where i was not aggressive enough with the cutting compound, the car looks fantastic in the shade, the test to see how bad it is will come when it goes in the sun =)).
After the Z got a coat of Swissvax

A couple of videos of the completed work. Videos are not brilliant as it is hard judging the distance with the camera

No Ant i stayed with the Furniture Clinic Stuff but sponged it on instead of spraying it. I am having them done so called professionally in 2 weeks time, so just wanted to tidy it up for Zedfest

That's looking superb Bill.

I'll bring my Paint gauge to Zedfest to check it for you again'st the last time we did it....

How are you finding the 3M stuff and the Swissvax Shield?
I love Shield. So versatile. Use it on wheels too mate as it will outdo Poorboys by a mile.

Car looks fantastic mate.
Shall have to give mine a polish now..

Will be bringing my kit with me to Zedfest too mate...

I love the Swissvax Shield. Goes on really easy and just wipes off. It is surprising how little you use for the whole car. At £45 for 50ml it is not cheap but when you work out how long it is going to last then it is a bargain for the results it gives. The 3M stuff is also excellent. So its a big thank you for recommending them

Well after much deliberating me and Kim have decided to keep the Z4 for another 3 years at least, we were contemplating getting an E89 but because of doing Euro Runs every year we have decided against that as we feel the boot space would not be big enough. So instead we are going to change the X3 probably for a Ford Kuga

All has been quiet on doing any work on the Zed since i had the Exhaust fitted and refurbed the drivers seat.
So today i decided to purchase one of these
https://www.rewiresecurity.co.uk/103rs-car-vehicle-tracking-device
You can txt the car to cut the engine off if it ever gets stolen i can also sign up to GPS Live where i can view where the car is
This is a pay as go one and hopefully shall fit it in the next couple of weeks.
I am also hoping to give the Zed another machine polish in the next couple of months and seal it with Gtechniq crystal serum and EXOv2
