The being at home positivity thread!

Beef dripping on toast, food of the Gods!

Bonzo.

Nearly as good as on an inch thick slice of soft white bread.

Tony.

Bread & dripping brings back memories, cant eat it now after HA and you done seem to get as much due to reduced amount o fat on the joints.
Finished decorating the L shaped lounge diner and hall the week before shut down and been working in garden on and off since and have got all my veg seeds sown with some up already in greenhouse. Planted seed potatoes in bags yesterday and continued to tidy areas of garden, changed bulb in fish pond filter, lawn to cut today and get the BBQ cleaned up for later as due to be very nice here again today. While I am doing this my wife Pat has walked a mile or two to the sea at Blue Anchor Bay for her daily walk which she likes to try and do each day.
Keep safe and well one and all Geoff

If anyone into cricket, TMS archived broadcast of the Headingly Ashes test match is being transmitted by BBC on 5 Live Extra and online at BBC Sport. Not everybody's cup of tea, ............ On everyday 10:25 till 6:00pm.

Have contemplated this,

and also suicide,
not sure which is preferable to be honest..... ;)

Listening now, England all out for 67 in first innings, who would have thought they would win from here. :)

I get watching highlights, but to sit and watch a full re-run of a test match, especially where you know the result seems a little bit.... odd!

Each to their own, so long as your happy! ;)

I know who won that epic last frame of the World Snooker Final between Steve Davis and Dennis Taylor in 1985, but I could watch that anytime !

Tony.

That's one frame, my point was that watching a full 5 day re run of a test match takes some commitment.

That sharp saddle looks a mite painful on the lower cleavage! :inpain:

Tony.

Closhers? CLOSHERS??

Boy, see me after school for some extra spelling tuition. Meanwhile, 200 lines in your lunch break "CLOCHES, Not Closhers."

Yeah arm has been good mate thanks, the repair is probably stronger than the original join so have been over easy on it and its surprising how the body decides to move differently to cope with issues.
Im now getting them put right too but its just retraining the brain and body to work correctly but its going well.

English was never a strong point of mine ....give me a tool and a task and thats a different matter

English was the only subject I was good at in my schooldays.......... So I became an Electrician!

I'm learning Polish via an online app from Babbel. I've been with Jill nearly 40yrs now so thought it was about time I could understand some of the things she calls me.
