Sorry to hear, hope things get better and sorted out.
Last April ('17), I had pneumonia, not bad and very treatable. To me out of hiking and photography. However, after the treatment was complete, things didn't get better. Constrictive chest, out of breath, couldn't walk long, let alone hike with a pack. If i tried to lift stuff or do the normal chores around the house, lawn and so on. I would have these attacks. Saw the doc, and because of my history with bronchitis, and then having pneumonia, they figured it had to be my lungs. Several specialist visits and countless of tests, nothing could be found wrong with my lungs. One test showed a problem with my gallbladder, and one test said I had something with my heart. The heart was dismissed, and several other test were called for.
December '17, had to go to the hospital and have a sent placed in my heart, the widow maker was 70% blocked. even thought I had several stress tests, nothing showed up until the angioplasty. It's been a long road from December, since it wasn't taken care of early. No heart attack, but the constant pain breathless too a bit of a toll. My wife kept insisting on the angio, and the doc just didn't see it. I was doing some stuff in the yard, and fell over. she decided to take me to the hospital and ask for the test. ER doc's were like....Oh crap.
It's good to have a good advocate with you at these times. I was just not thinking straight, and just cut through the bull. I carry nitro all the time, and have to take it every so often. They were thinking of the spray, but, wanted to hold off until I get better. No hiking for six or eight months.
I hear ya, get the stuff checked out, you never know.
Get well soon bud!
