Had https trouble for a few days before site was reachable. Then it stuttered with warnings and threats of dire theft, burglary and sundry abominations. Overnight the site came back to normal and better. Maybe it's coz we're colonials that it took longer. Or maybe I was impatient. Thanks for all the hard work James.

I was beginning to think it was me. @Grenville I think you hit it on the head...we're so bloody far away the signal strength drops off or the hackers have longer to steal the data... All is great now. Thanks to @board & @GazHyde for all their hard work. 
The site is running off multiple servers now, previously was just one, and a couple of settings did not sync to one server so why some of you were getting the https errors. It depended which server you got to as to whether you got the error. Hopefully all sorted now!

I just got that one when opening the home page. Reloaded and it went.

I needed to add more storage space to the servers which requires a reboot of each one in turn.

I would say it comes up with that error about 95% of the time on my Laptop and Phone
