Lots of mechanical stuff mate, I was looking today under the arches and they look a bit dull so might take the liners out and repaint them in protonic blue.

I felt that I had to make the most of my lunch hour pal, I went to the hospital this morning for a colonoscopy only to be told that the camera is broken, now this would not have been a problem had I known yesterday as I had to fast for 24 hours and use bowel prep so spent the entire evening on the throne. I had today and tomorrow booked off work so decided to go in and earn a few quid.

I read something on Facebook earlier about it Sean. I have a lot of hospital appointments and I've not been told of problems until I've arrived. It's so annoying and I have no choice but to book the day off work. Hope it's nothing to serious pal.

Thanks pal, should get it painted on Saturday morning before I head of to Tonys for a suspension overhall, new shocks all round and top mounts, M lolly pops, new wishbones , drop links and ARB bushes, gonna be a busy day
