Did you do the thermostat when you changed the water pump?OK OK! Here's the news! The mot was aborted, Pulled up with Ant at Tonys work and once his ramp became available he pulled us in and went straight to do the emissons test first, he tried allsorts but just couldn't get the cO2 reading down. So between Tony and Ants thoughts we are thinking it's the co2 sensor that is playing up so I'll order one next week. I'll take Reggie to my regular tester to save me another run back to Lincoln. I've never seen a tester do what Tony did, putting a tempreture probe into the oil dipstick hole to test it's temp which came back as not that hot! Could be part of the issue.
I'd guess you'd quickly notice the temp gauge being low though.
