I can't put up progress reports as there is no progress for me to report. I haven't seen the car in nearly six months.Always worth putting up progress reports and photos as other builders will post tips and ideas. Not very good to be given a brilliant idea after it has been painted and you can't do anything about it.
On yours, I always wonder how a coupe side window would look as it doesn't have the rounded tail edge.
Would the Grassbanks rear window work on it?
My rolling chassis went into a black hole and it will come out completed. How the transformation takes place is down to someone else. I have a rough idea of what they do, but I don't need to know the detail. They are supposed to be experts at what they do. They are probably as expert at what they do as anyone who gets paid to do what they do. They may be better. It may turn out to be a pile of pants. Only time will tell.
Re, the side window. A kit car that resembles a particular car is just that - a resemblance. If it's aesthetics that you are talking about, it is long past the time when a change to the shape of the window can be made without major structural changes. It is what it is.
