Looking good Gary - I’d forgot I’d filled the bloody thing with fuel just before I spun it!! 🙈🙈

re the aircon, the condenser (and maybe other parts) needs replacing I think - tried getting it regassed a few years ago and you could see it leaking out. Was on the list of things to do but figured if I put the top down and my right hoof further then the problem was solved 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Your air-con fan was seized solid, so I replaced it with a non-S50 one. It involved quite a lot of work modifying the fan shroud. I'll get a guy round to test it and let me know what I need. It's been such a PITA, I'd hate to suffer all that pain for no reward 🤪. If the condensor is knackered, I'll just have to hope a cool looking car will be cool enough . Replacing the condensor is probably the hardest job on any car - and it won't be getting done.

The free tank of fuel will help take some of the pain away :ymdevil: .

Latest Update

I ran the car today with the INPA connected and everything was in the green. There were some codes, but they were cleared and didn't return.

Swamper got a good replacement condenser if you look on his thread that might make it viable - it was the route I was gonna go 😉

as for the codes... of course they cleared!! The car was immaculate when I sold it....

Things might not be so bad. I thought you meant the "radiator" in the heater box . I have a spare condensor radiator.

I knew that the air con fan was knackered, but I was only able to get one if I bought the radiators and slam panel...

The problem is that it is not an S50 condensor (it's from a 2.8), but anything can be made to fit .

I'm hoping the doors are fitted better than they looked in the photo :wideyed: . I quite liked it in white.
I think that gets taken care of before paint. Being a fibreglass kit I guess it will move around a bit over time.

The only kit I can think of that has door skins, roof and no opening bonnet is the 275.
Do I will the holiday to BoraBora ( all-inclusive with hookers)?
