Right Z's it getting close - we have paid an deposit for the catering facilitaties and with an such an large number we are expecting more people unable to attend due to other commitments, which is fully understandable - I am working everyone will be attending - if you are not 100% positive that you will be attending - could you kindly inform me or @Mac Romans as we would have paid an deposit for your meal.

And I think it is only reasonable to request the deposit from persons who do not attend - to pay me back for £3 per person who has chosen an meal.

The deadline to make changes is the 17th April - So anyone who informs me or @Mac Romans before the 17th April they are unable to attend will NOT be liable for the £3 deposit.

If you are are 50/50 about going - there are three other eating establishments at the centre - so no issues not having a meal or drink.
