Their not even on the uniform.
No harm done thankfully.Roads have been awful all day mate. No don't think we caused any delay.

Thanks Shelly, off till Monday now so safe until at least then!
Yes to thr police and no @bessieblue. No damage done and the drops were completed so it wouldn't be worth the hassle.Glad to here your ok Dave, were the police called, will your firm pursue him for costs
Doubtful Mark.Well glad your o.k but I wonder if the offender will actually cough up any dues in fines etc.
I'm limited to 53 Brian, I would say a max of 50 maybe even less than that.Just a thought @Grumpy you said you were overtaking in the middle lane so with the limiter on you were 55/56 mph how SLOW was the car doing.
Just another of my pet hates about motorways damn dangerous slow drivers.
I bet with the drag that's enough.I'm limited to 53 Brian, I would say a max of 50 maybe even less than that.

More trucks should be limited to that. Had one pull out into lane 4 on the M6 on the way from Birmingham last night. No load but he must have been doing close to 70. Clearly governors don't always work and knowledge of the laws evaporate.

There's stretches of the A34 south of Oxford that I'm sure @GazHyde is familiar with that has overtaking restrictions for trucks but its only on the hilly sections. Doesn't always stop them though. That's why trucks over here are not allowed to overtake each other at certain times of the day and have to stay in the slow lane.
Makes sense to me.

Two lorries with drags!Nothing worse than two lorries in tandem
