It’s white: good luck with that 😂

That roof is amazing! The door cards are pretty cool too.

Angel Eye LED kit should be here later tomorrow Pete. Sat looking at it over a cup of tea this afternoon thinking about the sills. There are quite a few small bits of gravel rash at the rear ends of the sills and I do still have some vinyl.
Sadly villa sticker may soon be redundant mate.:(

Tony.

Is that because the sticker is not suitable, or the villa is going?:(

PS why do you have Roy's (@Rha ) car on your avatar.......

It's looking as though the villa will have to go Pete. It's been empty for nearly 18 months now and even though it's running at minimum cost that still adds up.:( It can't go on much longer and if Biden doesn't open up to tourists from the UK, well ...................

Tony.

ps. I'll tell 'im to get his car off my avatar:thumbsup:

Yesterday saw me apply a piece of carbon vinyl to the front bumper centre section as an experiment but I quite like the effect so it's probably staying.

It looks nice too in the back lit pictures.

To be honest a professional "wrapper" would no doubt have made a better job of it, so as I have plenty left I might do some research and revisit it later.
Tomorrow's little project came in today's post,

And as I had neglected the Shed for a bit I thought I would sweep up all the rust that fell off the old grey thing when me and Roy (@Rha) had the front end in bits.

Today's little project involved a pair of these.
20210824_132951.jpg
Simple enough to fit. Remove the cover,
20210824_133003.jpg

Then the old Halogen bulb.
20210824_133011.jpg
20210824_133037.jpg

Disconnect the plug and insert the new LED "bulb". Simple bayonet style fitting, a bit fiddly but easy enough. Connect the new wiring and place inside the headlight body.
20210824_133251.jpg

20210824_165608.jpg

Switch on an make sure they work.
20210824_133319.jpg

Compare with the old halogen light in the other light unit.
20210824_133328.jpg

20210824_133451.jpg

Do the same at the other side and replace the covers.
20210824_165617.jpg

Check they both work OK.
20210824_165735.jpg
20210824_165742.jpg

And later at dusk.
20210824_204157.jpg
20210824_204222.jpg

I should have had just ignition on instead of sidelights and not had the red glare at the back.
Also today got my phone paired and connected, found out how the USB works and set a few radio stations. Had a visit from Keith and Denise too.

The LED halos looks a lot more modern I will give you that. But I do like the firey, devilish, Middle earth appearance of the standard bulb.

Do you know what temperature the new bulbs run at?

Next project is getting an Acrylic panel made for the wind blocker between the seats like I did for the E85. This is for mounting my rear facing camera and for displaying my forum name. I cut down the old template for the E85 one.
