Introducing... Smurf!!!

They will look better on Panther :D
Someone will pop round with a trolley jack in the dead of night and swap them for you Stacey

Been a while since the last update, not much has changed recently due to funds

I did spot some AC Schnitzer Type II wheels on eBay, so took a punt and won! 5 wheels, 4 with decent tyres. Theyre silver with polished lips

Yesterday I protected them with Gtechniq C5 and fitted them today. They look so much better than the old white type III wheels (need to decide what to do with them

Car looks ever better, it's gonna keep you poor.

Roy.

Apart from the shenanigans with the cooling system, whilst at the zed shed I upgraded the brakes. From 286mm fronts to 300mm brembos and some yellowstuff pads all round

Before and after

Immediately the discs look bigger, and despite not being fully bedded in yet you can feel they bite much better. A happy chappy!

Should have also mentioned I fitted a new intake boot, the old one was knackered so the car must have been running lean. You can see the state of the old one!

Needless to say it feels a bit quicker now. Wondering if it should go back to the dyno!
I should say Martin. I can only imagine having a hole that size would have a significant impact on the system performance. Oh, good excuse to stick Smurf back on the rollers.

Mine split and just wouldn't tick over at all. They seem to be quite common to fail but at least they are a cheap repair.

Nice after a clean a car always has a new feel particularly when it gets a hoover too, you carn't beat a clean zed

Absolutely Ant. Never take mine out without giving it a clean first. Just makes it feel so much better somehow.
