Can you post a picture from a distance Martin just to judge the brightness a bit better. I have some that you can change to different colours. They are lovely and bright from a distance but the white is more bluish than white and not so keen on them no longer.
Here are some pictures from various distances and angles. Very bright. Only criticism is you can see the individual LEDs close up

I think @Lee also binned a set of those a while back.
I also had some of them for a while, the white was pretty blue and I couldn't put up with them much longer.

The LED ones are a lot brighter than the CCFL and they do last longer, although my CCFL's did mange a few years in the headlights. They look great on smurf and love what you have done with the interior.

Thanks man, I'm just waiting for a few dash bits before that goes in too!

I keep putting off changing the pods on mine, still got to repair the leather on them and fit them in. Already done it once last year and not really looking forward to doing it again! It's a simple job apart from everything having to come out.

Have you got the seller for those Martin just look the ideal replacements. I know what you mean about seeing the LEDs close up, I have some covers still from some old ccf ones although no quite wide enough I think they could be opened up with a heat gun so to place over the LEDs mask them a bit.

The Smurf finally got some lowering treatment, with Eibach springs and front shocks, work done at the Zed Shed. I'm really enjoying cracking on with cars with these lads

The next step will be to finally install the extended leather dash

Looking very nice Martin, it's great having a group of enthusiasts working together isn't it? :)

Looking like a totally differant Z to the one you first purchased, love the look and the stance.
