Rome wasn't etc. Your health comes first mate, Been here in mine since 81 and she reackons there's still plenty to do.

This made me think of my Mum and Dad.
They worked their socks off all their lives and planned to do loads of travelling when they retired.
Now they're retired Mum is not so well and neither of them have the energy to do the travelling.
I wish they'd retired a bit earlier, sad to see them not being able to live out their plans.
No idea what I'll do with myself later in life.
Good luck with all the "to do" jobs Dave, but pace yourself, health comes first. I had a little scare two years ago, I try not to do too much nowadays.

Thanks Tim. Garage is great. Can't get in it mind!! Slowed down with work and looking forward to starting on the house.......at a sensible pace. Unfortunately I'm.a few years olff retiring at 46 but we have already started to put the plans into motion, the house being the first hurdle.

No Dave that's not what I'm saying, of cause your in charge you just have one leg of the trousers each, yours being of the summer shorts hers being the long uns. Pretty fair as anyone can see.
Dave you simply must hang up your socks, and the shoes.

Very moving....we've not done it for 28 years, lots of luck in your new abode, not the moment to ask you about seat colour codes.
After finding out that our devan wouldn't go up the stairs I was given the great pleasure of being dragged around bloody soft furnishings and bed shops this afternoon 
. At least I can sleep in a bed tonight and not the mattress on the floor.
