Well it was D day today. Took 14 weeks from sale to completion but we finally got the keys at 4.30 this afternoon. Thankfully the house was empty and our seller was a top bloke and let us in last night to start dropping some stuff off.
After a 16 hour day to get everything in we have finally sat down to have a beer!
Sofa was a bit of a pig to get in!!
And best off all Reggie now has a garage and once the stuff that's been dumped in there has gone he'll have loads of room.to spread out. :D

Well in but certainly not done. Kitchen, bathroom, complete replaster, new floors, floorboards to polish, chimney to point, new windows..............:arghh:

It's only 18 months old. The guy had it built to house his Alfa Spider and wanted it wide enough to have both doors fully opened when it was parked in the middle.
 
Still reckon Reggie'd make a great builder's truck:thumbsup:. Just sayin'...........................;)

It took us 5 years to do ours up :p
As we had to start from scratch ;)
Alan done nearly all the work himself ;)
Our bungalow looks completely different from when we moved in :)
It looks lovely now ;)
You wouldn't believe it is the same place ;)

We've been in our hobbit house since December 1997 and it still looks like a squatters den.
