Grumps has moved.

Got the brick work around the doors finished today and patched up the rendering. Just got to put the trim on and render around the tops of the doors and paint the wall. Once the wall has been taken out n the kitchen it'll really open it up nicely.

Another job done today. I've never seen so much dust!!! It's even got through the floorboards into the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. :arghh:
My back is shot to pieces but it's worth it. Just got to dress up the bricks on Sunday and job done till we start the kitchen.

Visibility sort of reminds you of the last time you went on a cruise and you were the last car in queue

Great work Dave and jue :p
We’re just finished doing our bungalow up :)
It took 5 years off hard work from Alan as he done most of it his self :)
It’s completely different from when we moved in :)
It’s was all 1960s we even didn’t have ceiling lights ;)
It’s lovely now , when we look back , it’s hard to believe we’re done so much , well Alan has ;)

Cheers mate. It's made a big difference on how big the kitchen is going to be. Only got half of it out as I haven't got the tools to do it easily. All been done with a hammer, bolster chisel and hand saw :arghh:.

Alan is obviously very handy Shelly. I'm useless at making good so I have to pay tradesman for that but I can save by ripping stuff out myself. Jue has enjoyed getting stuck in today bless her.

Getting there Grumps
Haha I wish mate. Long way to go yet. Got to knock the dining room through into the kitchen next to open it all up best we can. Once the kitchen is done we've just got the rest of the house to do!

Top job mate  A minor observation, the Boss has one foot off-side

Give the toast a miss....might be a bit gritty.....=))
