A rear M roadster bumper and boot lid (with raised number plate) and 4 exhaust would look good on the prefacelift 2.8 me thinks.
Do we know if it is a plug and play install?
I've looked into this, looks like bolt on. There is a 1.9 M replica in Montreal Blue in Italy, looks great, the colour suits it.
I don't like the number plate placement though and cost is an issue M bumpers and boots are expensive.

I've a subtle add on to accentuate the rear of this..

I love your zed, now I want some ///M wheels

What's the Hamann parts you adding and are you having a full respray?

Should look amazing when you get it back, can't wait for the pictures.
Thanks you inspire me but the level of detail you do is another level.

The Hamman bit is a rear valance (it's a Grp replica). I have a Hamman M style bumper too but it'll make it very low in the front and I don't want to raise the car..

Re the M wheels. They are silly money for a set with staggered rears...if I did get the 9j rears it would need some more lowering to tuck under the arch and I don't want any lower so got these 4 fronts.

I've always admired the style and thought it'd make a great winter wheel. It's a lovely shape, so 3D the camera doesn't pic it up. @Tim beard is going to work some magic on those too..

I'm afraid I've got a wheel problem, thats 3 sets now and I keep looking at the 5 spoke style 66 of the 5 series...and M parallels and e36 M3 sunflowers...do I need 4 sets i.e. Spring, summer, autumn and winter wheels?

Glad the bits were helpful...nice job on the sills.
Very handy, your old bonnet is a bit wonky unfortunately..but the sills, side wings, headlights, bumper, grilles live on albeit with a fresh coat of paint. Should have got those arch liners too as it now needs one!!

Yes - you need a fourth set - problem is they're a pain to change over each season!

You can never have too many sets of wheels, I think my best was 4 sets at one time  we had 8 sets between my brother and myself including the ones on the car but down to a couple of sets each now. ///M wheels are a fortune like you say in the correct set up but look great on any zed. I think it was @yalden who had a set on his facelift as winters and it looked awesome. Both sets you have really suit the car and you won't go far wrong with any wheels on yours with the stance its sat at.

Should look good with the Hamann rear valance, I think if you fit a lip or spoiler on the front of a zed the rear needs something small just to even them up. Look forward to more updates.

Was over at @Tim beard bodyshop to drop off some bits and sneak a peek.
It's just out the paint booth and going to be flatted and polished.
The depth and sparkle is already apparent, he's used top materials and knows how to spray smoothly that's for sure. It's fantastic colour to see so fresh.

To answer the question is it a full reapray well it started like this:it needed the bonnet and bumper repairing...but you can't just do that without blending the in the wings and doors...and of course the sills always need attention...oh and the stone rash on the rear wings might as well get done...and that scratch on the rear bumper, well it's got to go too. Now it would be silly not to do the bootlid whilst you there surely.....and while the doors are off you better do the mirrors and the windscreaen frame...oh and the slam panel in body colour is a must...so we started with the nose and yes I guess you can see it a full reapray (and some!).

It's back!
I keep going outside to look at it, it's embarrassing really as everybody is about walking outside and I'm staring at my car!

I had a long list of little custom changes I wanted and @Tim beard really knows his stuff and is happy to work with a fussy customer like me(!) to get a result better than I was hoping for.

Almost every panel has been customized along with a full respray. It's still Montreal Blue but Tim has given it some extra shine, it's just fantastic in the flesh.

It's really a custom 1 of 1 build and boy am I pleased.

Then there are the rims, I've long wanted shadow chrome - many places say they do it but what they actually deliver is just anthracite. Tim has the proper shadow chrome paint and knew what I meant about the 3D shadow effect. Pics just cannot show the effect, it changes constantly with the light.

Some quick pics is all I had time for but will post more after a cleaning session:
