Red Bull technical guru Adrian Newey has remained coy when asked about rumors linking him with a big-money move to Ferrari in the near future.
Paddock speculation has suggested that Ferrari has offered Newey – the finest car designer in Formula 1 – a huge salary to leave four-time champions Red Bull and move to Italy. The team has been struggling in recent years with its car, and president Luca di Montezemolo is growing increasingly frustrated with the on-track displays.
"Mercedes has today tested this flared exhaust that F1′s governing body, the FIA, hopes will increase the noise of the new-for-2014 1.6 litre V6 Turbo power-units."

Nico Rosberg takes pole position for the Monaco Grand Prix but is under investigation for the yellow flag incident. Nico Rosberg says he is "surprised" that the stewards are investigating the incident, adding: "They'll see in the data it is all very similar to the lap before and I just locked up the front tyre."
Eight years ago, Michael Schumacher was stripped of pole position for the Monaco Grand Prix and demoted to last after race stewards decided the German deliberately stopped on the track after running wide, stopping rivals setting a faster time. the inquiry took EIGHT hours.
Keke Rosberg, father of Nico, called Michael Schumacher a "cheap cheat" after the German deliberately stopped out on track in 2006 Monaco Grand Prix qualifying. "It was the worst thing I have seen in Formula 1,"
"I thought he had grown up. He should leave F1 to honest people."
Mercedes motorsport director Toto Wolff said: "I don't think anybody does that deliberately in modern Formula 1. He [Rosberg] missed his braking, which was in order to beat his team mate, and he took the exit.
When asked if he was uncomfortable about the incident, Nico Rosberg: "Of course I need to apologise for having ruined his [Lewis Hamilton's] lap. But that's the way it is."
GET INVOLVED BBC Sport on Facebook Quest McLaren: That was a very cunning and deliberate move by Rosberg. If it was a mistake, he should have stayed away from the track, but reversed back to ensure the yellow flags stayed on! Top it off with a celebration just to rub it in on Lewis...I can't wait for the first corner tomorrow!
Ziad ElBarcelonisma: Nico Rosberg cheat. Really lost a lot of respect for him today after seeing his smug face in the press conference. Go Lewis
Debs Bream: It's easy to be cynical, but if anything it's a hollow victory. Real victory comes from beating the opposition fairly. Feel for all out on track for the end of Q3 THE TOP 10
