ps. When you get back to it try clamping all 4 flexible hoses off (assuming you haven't fitted stainless steel ones?) and see how hard and high the pedal is. If you can get someone to keep pressure on the pedal and then you release each clamp in turn and see by how much the pedal drops. That should point to where any air might be lurking in the system mate.

I'm struggling with the body work as I am so knackered after work because we are flat out and its become a bit of a chore so plodding my way through it, I'm looking forward to tomorrow as I am putting some colour on the door shuts, oh and I bloody love the colour, when I first see it I liked it but it really has grown on me, it looks a lot better in the flesh then it does on pics.
