Even though the differences are subtle for me the overall effect is massive, Austin has more tones and is sharper, side by sideLooks nice, fresh paintwork is always lovely! How does it differ from Phoenix yellow?
Yes I remember the car it was stunning. I was amazed when he sold it.Ive always loved Phoenix yellow and It would be my fave colour for a z3m so your colour gets my vote
There used to be a Phoenix yellow z3m on the forum, it had a a black hardtop but a subtle Phoenix yellow fleck in the black on closer inspection. It looked amazing!!
Wonder if he'll call it Ruby Paul?Just realised Sean's got an Austin
Shadow chrome on the wheels will be dark enough for me, the side gills are going to be body coloured as I think they will look a bit gimmicky in anything else, the door handles, screen surround and front grills will be gloss black for now, however things may change along the way , thanks for the input.I read earlier your not doing black wheels? Given your having black grills and I’m assuming wing vents too ? Think the wheels done to match may look rather special against the Austin Yellow. That’s my opinion mate.
You two have lost meWonder if he'll call it Ruby Paul?

Yes, BMW Austin yellow
Not quite sure to be honest mate, it only has metallic in the formula and no modern micaDoes the Austin Yellow have different flakes in it to the Phoenix Yellow being a more modern colour @Sean d ?
Is that how it ‘lights-up’ more?
Should have popped in palNearly sneaked a look today Sean as by your way looking at a Z4 Coupe, Unfortunately after the compulsory ice cream on the front, ran out of time, can't wait to see the bits getting bolted on and the finished product. Its going to be awesome.
