Do you know if you need those wheel bolts yet Sean?

Tony.
Yes mate, I managed to get 5 out and had to take the wheels to an engineering company, spoke to them today and they can't get the rest out so are going to drill and tap them.

My son-in-law works from Louth these days mate, I'll ask him if he's likely to get into Grimsby and can drop them off. If not PM me address and I will post 'em.

It looks totally amazing so far and I'm sure once complete will be really unique.
1 x question from a numpty - what colour will the engine bay be? If you started out with a blue car and have not taken the engine out.
Cannot wait to see the finished car.

Everything on the underside and under the wheel arches has been done in a grey stone guard as to keep it neutral, I will be painting the engine bay in a similar colour,

I painted the Chrome surrounds today and just had to try them in place, much better, I only put the badge on for effect as its the boot one and too small

Nice contrast Sean, are you going to do the slats body colour or use black slats with the chrome leading edge?
A bone of contention seeing as you raised it, I prepped them and thought to myself maybe I should have left the chrome fronts but alas it was to late so they are now satin
