Point taken Bonzo, however, before making such a sweeping statement, you should first be in hold of all the facts. Firstly root cause of the problem was an Ipad auto correct, secondly root cause of escape ( why I never spotted) was that I was inebriated.
Now if I was to apply your corrective action to my root causes, I would still end up with the same problem happening again, so you see it is very important to know the facts before running off on a course of action.
In order to prevent this issue, I will now be going to AA meetings, turning off auto correct and enlisting a sqep third party to over check my work before I send.
I think we should all chip together and buy her a sports bra. Financially, this could be substantial and might take the contributions from most of the forum members.
