Nope. Completely different reasons. The build quality on the 4 surpasses the 3 by several country miles I'm afraid. One of the many things I really miss with the 4Now you know why gaz went back to a z3
What else? Go out and enjoy it Jim, one in the plus column, they don't have the " Loom of doom " central locking problem. I will return with more as I think of them. Oh another fault you won't have is a cracked exhaust manifold which appears to blight the 2.0 4 cyl.What have I bought

Press the heated seat buttons they come on then go off Air con not getting cold, will take in to check over next week.

Heated seats possibly a timed/hold in relay faulty. AC probably wants re gas.

They do hold the road better than the Z3 you just dont get a warning whèn it has gone too far
Yes a lot more planted Bill, and less shimy on uneven roads.

The 3.0 is also fairly quicker than the 2.8 z3 and it is noticable
