There's a consensus emerging here that I'd agree with. Concentrate on the structural work underneath that will cause an MOT fail or worse still a safety risk. Wings and sill covers are just to make the car look pretty unless sharp edges present a safety issue (MOT point). No point spending money on them until you know if underside is viable to repair.
But for info you may struggle to find a pair of rust free pre-facelift sills and may need to buy new. People seem to pay anywhere between £100 and £130 per side from the dealer. Maybe £150 the pair to have sprayed up from a decent back street spray shop. Looks like your front wing is going too. But you should be able to get a useable one in your colour for £30 ish.
The end of the sills, inside and out, haven't gone for no reason. They would have clogged up with silt from the road passing the gap in the wheel arch liner and will have rotted away over a period of years. Given that, you will be fortunate if the areas of decay are limited to those shown in the photos but that looks expensive enough to remedy. And watch out for brake/suspension component rust too - it may not be limited to bodywork.
You will have to see how far back they need to chase it to good metal and whether they can patch with sheet metal or require a donor section from a breaker.
I suspect this is going to be a test of how attached you are to the car as to whether it's really sensible to repair or not. How is the car otherwise? Is it mechanically good? Or does it need money spent there too?
